O R D E R

A  Rajesh, President.

          The learned counsel for the complainants expressed the willingness of the complainants to remit the water charge arrears in five instalments to which the opposite party agreed as well.  Considering the suggestions of both the counsel we pass the following directions.

i.                    The complainants  shall remit the water charge arrears in five  instalments.

ii.                  The complainants are  directed to remit the 1^st instalment of Rs. 2,000/- with the opposite party on or before 17-09-2011

iii.                On receipt of the above amount the opposite party shall forthwith  restore the water connection of the complainants.

iv.               The complainants shall remit the balance amount in four equal  monthly instalments which starts  from 17-10-2011.
