Both sides represented.  It is submitted by both parties that the disputes in this case have been settled amicably and that an amount of Rs. 45,576/- (Rupees Forty Five thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Four only) has been agreed to be the amount payable by the appellant to the Water Authority. The appellant submits that he is ready to pay the amount agreed upon. This is recorded and the appeal is disposed of as settled.
