   Both parties arrived a settlement condition and filed settlement agreement.  As per the condition, complainant agreed to pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- towards arrears of water  charges for the consumer No.KSR 71/15D in three monthly equal instalments  commencing from 1/10/2024, to OP.  OP also agreed  the said condition and will not initiate any recovery proceedings against  the complainant in further.  If the complainant  fails to comply his part, the amount of Rs.15,000/- will carry interest @9% per annum from today till realization and  the OP can recover it by legal means.  As per the above condition  the case is decreed.
