                Complainant absent on this posting date also.  Opposite parties represented.  As the complainant is absent and no oral evidence adduced though case was listed for trial and relisted on several occasion the complainant is not turning up and adducing evidence.  Hence we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in adducing evidence.  Opposite party’s Advocate vehemently opposed in marking the documents produced along with the complaint which are only photocopies.  In the circumstances we are not inclined to accept the copy of documents without examining the complainant.  There is absolutely no evidence to prove the case of the complaint.

                In the result complaint stands dismissed.

                No costs.
