This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:
This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. Both the opposite parties accepted the notice but failed to appear before this Commission and hence 1st and 2nd opposite parties were called absent and declared ex parte. Since 02/03/2020 this case was posted for affidavit of the complainant. The complainant was continuously absent and hence this Commission issued notice to the complainant to appear before this Commission to proceed with this case. Even after accepting the notice from this Commission the complainant failed to appear before this Commission to proceed with this complaint. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not willing to further proceed with this complaint.
In the result the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
