Complainant and opposite party appeared through counsel. Complainant's counsel submitted that they have paid the entire amount as per the One Time Settlement scheme. The counsel for the opposite party admitted the same. The complainant is ready to withdraw the petition if the opposite party is giving back the entire documents of the complainant's property. Hence the petition dismissed with a direction to the opposite parties to return the documents relating to the complainant's loan within one month.
