HON’BLE JUSTICE SHRI. S.S. SATHEESACHANDRAN :  PRESIDENT

An interim Order passed by the by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thrissur is challenged in this revision.  We notice that the interim order remained in force only after a period of 4 days and that is already over.  Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the interim order Forum has observed that complainant has a primafacie case and that, according to the counsel, would cause prejudice to the petitioners/opposite parties.  We do not find any merit in the submission made.  It is open to the petitioners to approach the lower Forum and file their version, if any, countering the case of complainants.  Since the order has already become infrectuous by efflux of time we are not entertaining the revision.

  Revision is dismissed.
