ORDER

JUSTICE SRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU  : PRESIDENT

Revision petitioner is the complainant representing the complainants/ petitioners in the EP filed.

          2. As per the order in appeal by this Commission which has been confirmed by the National Commission the direction to the opposite parties is to effect repairs  to the vehicle.  The Forum in the EP has directed  the decree holder to produce the vehicle before the judgment debtors office for rectification of defects on 22.12.2008.  It is the case of the revision petitioner that the respondents/opposite parties are not receiving the vehicle.  We find  that it is a matter to be considered by the Forum.  There is no scope for filing  revision petition over the order of the Forum in  the EP which is in tune with the direction  in the appeal.

In the circumstances the Forum is directed to see  that the order of this Commission which has been affirmed  in the appeal by the National Commission is strictly implemented.  If the opposite parties are not receiving the vehicle coercive steps are to be taken.  The revision petitioners will file the required petitions in this regard.  The matter stands posted before the Forum on 28.5.2010.

Office will forward the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.

JUSTICE SRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU  : PRESIDENT
