The complainant is filed by one Mr. Beerankutty.K, and on behalf of one Shabeerali requested to called a loan for him for the purpose of purchasing some property. There after the complainant approached the opposite party and opposite party directed the complainant to produce certain documents such as salary certificate, copy of visa, Bank statement, titledeeds and other documents. They offered loan of Rs.500000/- ( Five Lakh only) with an interest rate of 101/2%.

The above said Shabeerali collected his salary certificates and send the same to opposite party. On 17.4.12, opposite party had receiving Rs.500/- from the complainant. There after complainant paid Rs.10,000/- to opposite party and opposite party informed that when ever the complainant reached in India. The loan will be available to him. On 20.8.12, the above said Shabeerali reached India, but the loan was not ready. Instead, the opposite party had taken him to certain financial institution such as HDFC for getting a loan. Shabeerali collected the balance and for purchasing the property from here and there and the registration proceedings here also intimated to oppostie party. The opposite party assumed to the complainant that he will avail the loan.

Thereafter the complainant requesting demanded the money ie Rs.10500/- which was paid by him to opposite party for the purpose of getting the loan. But till rate opposite party paid no amount to the compl
