                                             Prem Chand Vs Kent R.O

 

Present:      Sh. Blinder Pal Saini, Advocate for complainant.

                    Ops No.2 and 3 in person.

                  

                  Parties have Settled their dispute amicably. Sh. Shamsher Singh , Area Manager has made a statement that they are ready to replace the kent R.O. Machine within 15 days. Compromise deed is Ex.C-1. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statement of parties recorded in this context. In view of the same, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. OP shall be bound according to the statement given by them. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
