Statement of Shri Sandeep Singh, Counsel for OP-1

          I have been authorized to settle the complaint with the complainant and have settled the same as full and final settlement.  One year warranty period of the disputed Kent Supreme RO Water Purifier Sl. No. KR1509020635 of the complainant will now be counted from 23.10.2018, the date of replacement of pump in the RO.  The terms and conditions of the new warranty will be the same as applicable in case of purchase of a new water purifier.

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Sandeep Singh, counsel for OP-1 have been authorized to settle the complaint with the complainant and have settled the same as full and final settlement.  One year warranty period of the disputed Kent Supreme RO Water Purifier Sl. No. KR1509020635 of the complainant will now be counted from 23.10.2018, the date of replacement of pump in the RO.  The terms and conditions of the new warranty will be the same as applicable in case of purchase of a new water purifier.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
