Present complainant in person and Sh. Vaibhav Raman Tripathi, Counsel for OP and filed compromise dated 16.02.2020 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP will replace the disputed product i.e. R.O. system towards full & final settlement or OP will provide higher model RO system to the complainant and the complainant will pay difference amount of the price within 30 days from the date of this order and the complainant shall return the disputed product.
This order shall be complied with by OP within a period of 30 days from the date of this order failing which an interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on the amount of the disputed RO system from the date of this order till compliance to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
