COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:                      None for the complainant.

 

                       

                                    Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. Perusal of file reveals that on 19.08.2016, case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint but on that date none has appeared on behalf of the complainant and the case was adjourned for today i.e 23.08.2016 for consideration on the admissibility of the complainant. Today . Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 pm. But again there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant for consideration. It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue his present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
