Complainant appeared through counsel. Counsel for the complainant and 1^st opposite party submitted that the matter can be settled. The 1^st opposite party is ready to repair the disputed fridge in free of cost by changing the compressor of the fridge. The 1^st opposite party is also ready to repair the same within one week and a warranty of one year will be given to the compressor. The complainant's counsel also satisfied.

Hence the petition closed with a direction to repair the complainant's refrigerator with free of cost by the opposite parties within one week and provide a warranty of one year for the compressor.
