On 25.4.2013, this appeal was admitted and was directed to be listed in due course.

        Present application has been filed by the appellant seeking early hearing of the appeal.  Counsel appearing for the appellant states that in an SLP filed by the appellant, Hon’ble Supreme Court had granted liberty to the appellant to approach the NCDRC for expeditious disposal of the matter.  It is stated in the application that on account of refusal of stay, appellant would be suffering grave prejudice.  Seeks early hearing on the ground that appellant has already deposited 50% of the decretal amount to which counsel for the respondent vehemently opposes on such extraneous grounds.

        We have considered the submissions made by both the parties.  No case for early hearing is made out.  M.A. dismissed.
