This appeal has been filed against the judgment of the learned DCF, Tonk dated 5.5.2015.

During the course of arguments the counsel for the appellant has straightly submitted that identical matter has been decided by co-ordinate bench of the court in Appeal No. 841/2015 vide order dated 10.2.2016 and matter is squarely covered. The copy of the same has also been submitted before this court.

 

Hence, in view of the fact that matter squarely covered by the judgment passed in Appeal No. 841/2015 dated 10.2.2016, this appeal deserves to be dismissed and hence dismissed.
