ORDER

Complainant called out. On behalf of complainant C.B.Devaraju present. He submitted that he is working as office peon and deputed to represent in thsi complaint. Advocate for complainant as well as O.P. present. Sri C.K.Venkatesh advocate for the complainant filed a memo of reitrement and submitted that inspite of notice and letters, there is no proper response from the complainant. Any how it is a matter between the complainant and his learned counsel. As C.K.Venkatesh Advocate has sent a letter by RPAD to the O.P. on 22.12.2001 he is permitted to retired. The O.P.'s advocate has filed a memo on 18.12.2001 along with a letter given by the complainantthat matter is settled and power is supplied satisfactorily. This letter given by the Principal, named R.K.Vastava is sufficien to show that complainant is not having any more grievance against the O.P. Hence, following order. Complaint is closed as settled out of Forum. No Cost. Send the certified copies of this order to both sides under COP.
