                    Complaint presented today.  It be checked and registered. 

                     The learned counsel for the complainant has made statement that due to some technical defects the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and the complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to file the same in the appropriate Forum/Court.  Statement to this effect recorded separately.

                     In view of the statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to seek remedy in the appropriate court of law.  Original documents be returned to the complainant on retaining photo copy of the same on record.  File be consigned after due compliance.
