Complainant and Advocate for the Complainant is absent when called out. Ld.Advocate Shri. R.V. Talasikar for the Opposite Party is present. Complainant has not appeared before this Forum since 04/10/2011. This matter was referred to J.J. Hospital for an expert opinion. Expert Committee has submitted its report as under -  

       “To the best of our knowledge there does not appear to be medical negligence from the documents (page 1 to 95) submitted with this letter.”

           The Complainant has not filed affidavit of evidence and written argument. Hence, the complaint is dismissed for default. There is no order as to cost.
