Present Ms. Ekta, Sister/AR on behalf of the complainant and Manager of OP-2 i.e. Voltas.com. Manager of OP-2 filed copy of service report alongwith copy of letter of satisfaction. AR on behalf of the complainant vide compromise placed on file stated that the disputed product i.e. A.C. has been replaced and new A.C. installed by OP-2 and further stated that the complainant is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
