Learned counsel for the petitioner present.  Respondent is absent.  Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent do not want to pursue the matter further and for which the petitioner has submitted a letter received from the respondent.  Smt. Kaushalya Goyal, the applicant alongwith affidavit of respondent.  The application states as follows:

“Now I don’t want to contest the litigation on the subject revision petition due to my old age and unavoidable family circumstances.  I hereby undertake not to claim for the benefits given by the court in the case titled Housing Board Haryana vs. Kaushalya Goel & in future I will not contest the litigation in the said case.  So I withdrawn my case and an affidavit to this effect is enclosed.”.  

          Accordingly, the respondent is bound to follow the contents of the letter and the revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
