ORDER   Heard Ld.Advocate for the non-applicant. Applicants are absent. Ld.Advocate of the non-applicant produced an order dtd.16/07/2010 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in First Appeal No.122/2008. Both the parties have filed consent terms before the Hon’ble State Commission. As per the terms Opposite Parties have paid amounts to the applicants by two cheques and in the consent terms applicant have stated that, they have no claims against the Opposite Parties. Copy of consent terms are produced alongwith the order of the Hon’ble State Commission. Hence, Execution Application is disposed of as fully satisfied. No order as to cost.
