ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Shri N.C. Katyal, Proprietor of Katyal Motors have settled the complaint with the complainant and have paid an amount of Rs. 50,000/- vide cheque no. 932423 dated 05.12.2017, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
