1.       This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainants against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties.  After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. Even after accepting the notice, the opposite parties failed to appear before this Commission and hence on 22.12.2021 this Commission declared the opposite parties as exparte. Since 31.01.2022 this case is adjourned for filing the affidavit of the complainant. As the complainant was continuously absent, this Commission issued a notice to the complainant to appear before this Commission today to further proceed with this complaint. Even after accepting the notice, the complainant failed to appear before this Commission, as directed by this Commission. The complainant has not field affidavit also. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

       In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

          A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
