Register the case as CC/346/2015.  Complainant filed a complaint with a bank draft of Rs. 200/- bearing no. 991624 dt. 03/10/2015 of SBI, Howrah.

The petitioner is present. Heard the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, on the point of admission. In the instant case all other points like jurisdiction, court fees, limitation etc. are considered but when jurisdiction is scrutinized, this form finds that the grievance of the petitioner is against the Kasundia co-operative Bank Ltd which comes under the special jurisdiction of the co-operative laws and clearly outside the jurisdiction of CP Act 1986 as laid down in the case of Kulithalai Co-operative building society Ltd. Vs P. Sandar Pardian CPJ Vol – II 1997 page – 245. Thus this Forum finds that this matter falling under the co-operative laws one out side the jurisdiction of this CP Act 1986 and hence, the matter can not be admitted before this Forum.

Hence, ordered.

that the CC-346/15 be and the same is not admitted and hence rejected.
