Complainant filed pursis that he does not want  to proceed the matter against OP and want to withdraw the case by reserving right to file fresh complaint. In view of  that pursis order passed at Ex.1.The complainant filed  pursis to withdraw the case to file at appropriate forum or court .The pursis is identified by his counsel. Hence in pursis of prayer in application for withdrawal/pursis file  case is disposed off.
