Hence,
O R D E R E D
That the Consumer complaint is allowed in part on contest against O.P. but without cost.
That the complainant is hereby directed to pay Rs. 3,85,000/- within 30 days hereof O.P. nos 2 to 5.
That the complainant is also hereby directed to pay Rs. 38,500/-. For 10 months delay of payment topwards interest to O.P no 2 to 5 with the principal amount Rs. 3,85,000/-
That the O.P.s no 2 to 5 are hereby directed to execute and register the deed of conveyance in favour of the complainant within 30 days after the date of receiving the aforesaid amount (i.e., 3,85,000/- +Rs. 38,000/- = 4,23,500/-) from the complainant.
That the complainant is directed to prepare the proposed deed of conveyance with necessary stamp paper and inform the O.P. nos.2 to 5 fixing date and time and the O.P nos 2 to 5 shall execute and present the deed of conveyance before the registering authority for registration in due course.
However after the payment of aforesaid amount by the complainant to O.P. nos 2 to 5 if O.P.s fail to execute register the deeds in question in the specified period of time the complainant has liberty to file execution case before this Forum.
That the case could not be disposed of within the statutory period as the parties, mostly the complainant look several adjournments on several grounds and for compromise.
Supply the copies of the order to the parties, free of cost.
