ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under: O.P.2 is directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,000/- with cost of Rs.100/- to the complainant within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which complainant would be entitled to receive interest at the rate of 18% p.a. on Rs.1,000/- till the date of payment. Complaint is dismissed against O.P.1 anyhow the O.P.2 is at liberty to approach proper court to seek any relief against O.P.1. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P.2 by RPAD and to others under C.O.P.
