This is an appeal filed under Section 15 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 by the complainant aggrieved by the order dated 27.01.2016 passed in C.C. No.15/2015 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Haveri. 

2. The Commission examined the appeal memo and the impugned order.
3. The forum below recorded reasons in paragraph 17 of the impugned order that under Section 17 of Indian Contract Act 1872 Banker can exercise general lien.
4. It has come in the enquiry that OS No.107/2015 is filed by complainant against OP wherein obtained order restraining OP to recover dues.  Further it is also come in the enquiry that his wife and complainant availed loan from OP and said dispute came to be settled in PLC No.610/2014 on 26.11.2014.  In such circumstances, the forum below has to be held rightly dismissed the complaint and the impugned order does not call for any interference either for the grounds of appeal or for any other grounds is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs.
