ORDER

The complaint is allowed in part. The o.p. shall pay a sum of Rs.6,395.85 paise along with interest at 18% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of realisation. It shall further pay a sum of Rs.500/- towards the cost of these proceedings. This order shall be carried out within a period of 45 days from the date of its receipt by theh o.p. failing which, the complainant is at liberty to take out execution proceedings and recover the entire amount in a sumpsum.
