Heard advocate for the petitioner. Perused records. Petitioner  files this petition to review the order and grant interest from the date of  first payment instead of date of complaint. Perused order under review. The complainant has sought refund of Rs.6,24,000/- along with interest at 18% p.a. without mentioning for payment of interest from the date of payment. The order came to be reviewed  only after there is occurrence of error on the face of the record. This commission has not committed any mistake to review the order. The application is misconceived. Such application can be appreciated. Therefore, the application for review   of request to be rejected with cost. Accordingly, Review Petition is not admitted as frivolous by imposing cost of Rs.500/- on the petitioner.

1. The petition is not admitted.
2. The petitioner shall pay cost of Rs.500/- to the legal aid account of this office.
3.  The petitioner shall pay this cost while obtaining the certified copy of this order.
