The complainant is not present when called out. Opposite party is also not present. The complaint in question pertaining to furnishing marks card by the S.S.L.C. Board. We do nt find any deficiency of service involved in this case. Moreover, the complainant is not deligent in prosecuting the case. Hence, we have no other alternative except to dismiss the complaint. Hence, the complaint stands dismissed. There is no order as to costs.
