ORDER

Complainant and the L.C. not present. O.P. is present in person. Sri VKR advocate filed power for O.P. He has also requested the Forum to dispose both matters, as the matter has been settled out side the Forum by payment of amount to the complainant. In view of the memo filed by the L.C. for complainant seeking permission to withdrawal permission can be granted. It is seen that the case of complainant is mainly based on Unfair trade practice, which was contended in the complaint. L.C. for O.P. has filed a letter of undertaking that in future such advertisement would not be issued when applications are called by the institute. In view of such undertaking, we proceed to pass following order: Order Complaint is dismissed as settled b/w the parties. Any how, the O.P. is directed to desist from issuing any advertisement or publishing any broucher, which are produced before the Forum. In case of any advertisement or broucher issued by O.P. he should make it clear that it is a Coaching Class. parties to bear their costs. Give a copy of this order to both parties according to Rules.
