ORDER

Complaint was filed on 11/01/1995 claiming a total amount of Rs.39,000/- on the ground of deficiency in service of the opposite parties. According to the complaint the cause of action arose on 4.3.1992. Under Section 24 A of C.P. Act the complaint should have been filed within one year from 18/6/1993 the date on which S.24 A of the C.P. Act came into force or within 3 years from 4/3/1992 whichever is earlier. In otherwords it should have been filed on 18/6/1994. In fact complaint was filed on 11/1/1995. Therefore the complaint is dismissed as barred by limitation.
