ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p's are directed to pay the complainant Rs.88,800/- within 2 months from the date of this order failing which the said sum shall carry interest at 7% p.a. therefore until the date of payment. The O.P's are directed to pay the complainant cost of Rs.5,000/-. Send the copy of this order to O.P's by R.P.A.D. and to the complainant under C.O.P.
