ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed. 2.Opposite party is directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,40,000/- to the complainant with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 19.10.1996. Amount he paid within 2 months from the date of order. 3.Opposite party is directed to pay such amount within a period of 2 months with cost of Rs.2,000/-. 4.If opposite party fails to pay such amount within 2 months, the rate of future interest shall be 21% p.a. from such date till the date of payment. Send certified copies of this order to opposite party by RPAD and to the complainant under C.O.P.
