ORDER

COMMON ORDER IN C.D.251/04 & 44/05 Complaint No.251/04 filed by Ananda Kumar Jain is hereby dismissed, with observation that he is entitled for refund according to rules of o.p. O.P is directed to refund of amount of Rs.1,00,881/- to Sri. V. Ramachandra with interest at the rate of 9% p.a. from 14/03/2003 till the date of payment, such amount shall be paid within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. Both parties are directed to bear their own cost. Keep order in both files and give a copy of this order to both parties according rules.
