ORDER

Complaint is allowed. The O.P. sare directed to pay the complainant Rs.88,800/- within two months from the date of this order failing which the said sum shall carry interest at 7% p.a. thereafter until the date of payment. The o.p's are directed to pay the complainant cost of Rs.5,000/-. Send the copy of this order to o.p's by RPAD and to the complainant under C.O.P.
