ORDER

Complaint is allowed. o.p. shall refund a sum of Rs.1,000/- deposited by the complainant on 24.07.1985 towards the advance price of a residential house to be allotted to her along with interest at 10% p.a. from the above said date till its realisation. The o.p. shall comply with this order within a periof of 45 days from the date of its receipt failing which penal action has to be initiated on a petition being made by the complainant in that behalf. Parties shall bear thier own costs.
