ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is partly allowed as under: 1.On the amount of Rs.1,10,000/- for a period of 2 years and 24 days, the interest at the rate of 18% p.a. comes to Rs.40,919/- payable by the opposite party to the complainant. 2.On the amount of Rs.53,800/- for a period of one year 4 months 20 days the interest at the rate of 18% p.a. comes to Rs.13,449/- payable by the opposite party to the complainant. 3.The opposite party is directed to give a letter in writing to the complainant to adjust this amount of Rs.53,368/- towards the balance amount payable by the complainant in respect of the allotted house. Such letter shall be given in 2 months. 4.If opposite party fails to give such letter in 2 months, it shall be deemed that opposite party is not willing for such adjustment and the entire amount shall be paid to the complainant with future interest from such date at the rate of 10% p.a. till the date of payment. This amount shall be paid within 4 months from today. 5.Regarding other reliefs sought by the complainant, the complaint is rejected with observation that complainant is at liberty to approach proper civil court, if advised to do so. 6.Looking to facts and circumstances, opposite party is directed to pay cost of Rs.1,000/- Send copy of this judgement and order to complainant under certificate of posting and to opposite party by R.P.A.D.
