ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed as under: Opposite parties are directed to refund Rs.1,13,400/- to the complainant within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the complainant would be entitled to receive interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from such date till the date of payment. As the matter is not contested there is no order regarding cos Send copy of this order to opposite parties by RPAD and send copy of this order to complainant under certificate of posting.
