Called out. We have gone through the contents of the complaint and the documents produced there under:- From the recitals in the complaint it is not clear as to in what capacity the complaint has approached this Forum. He cannot be termed as a consumer of services offered by the o.p. No deficiency of hired services can be speltout from the averments, made in the complaint and what is the consumer disputes which is sought to be got settled cannot be ascertained. Hence, the complaint is held to be not maintainable in law.
