ORDER

Complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall refund a sum of Rs.51/- to the complainant along with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 01.08.1991 till the date of realisation. It shall further pay a sum of Rs.250/- towards the cost incurred by the complainant. These amounts should be recovered from the concerned case worker. This order shall be carried out within a period of 30 days from the date of its receipt failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution and recover his dues.
