ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to a refund of Rs.300/- collected as excess fixed charges and a compensation of Rs.500/-. He is also entitled to a cost of Rs.200/- towards cost of prosecuting this complaint. The opposite party is directed to pay in all Rs.1,000/- to the complainant within 2 months from the date of the recweipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from beaing its own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
