                   None for complainant.

                  

                   Notice sent to complainant returned with report ‘address not traced’. As per the report of the Sh.Om Parkash Bill Clerk the amount of Rs.10,000/- has been deposited by the OPs and FDR has been prepared, vide no.06863031046966 dated 21.01.15 in the name of President District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Ludhiana. As per the report of Sh.Iqbal Singh, Clerk no stay order has been received till date.

          The said FDR be released to the complainant/decree holder against proper receipt and verification, as and when the complainant has come present. As such, the present Miscellaneous application stands disposed of. Papers be consigned to record room.
