ORDER

This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.35,000/- being the market value of the gold ornament on the date of complaint and Rs.3,000/- as compensation for mental and physical agony that he has suffered together with Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings from the respondents jointly and severally. Further the respondents 1 and 2 shall pay Rs.35,000/- being the market value of the said (jewel) ornament on the date of complaint and Rs.3,000/- as compensation for mental and physical agony that he has suffered together with Rs.500/- as costs of this proceedings to the complainant jointly and severally apart from bearing their own costs of ths proceedings. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
