ORDER

The judgement is pronounced in the open court in seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to 6,623/- being the maturity amount of the abhyudaya bonds and Rs.1,000/- as compensation for financial loss and mental agony he has suffered together with upto date acrued interest and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings from the respondents jointly and severally. Further respondents shall pay the amount of Rs.6,623/- and Rs.1,000/- as compensation to the complainant for financial loss and mental agony that the complainant has suffered together with a upto date acrued interest and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings apart from bearing their own costs of this proceedings. Send the certified copies of this order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
