This Execution Application has been filed by the petitioner/Decree Holder against the judgment debtors/opposite parties for compliance of the order in CC.No.31/2023 dated 03.08.2023 failing which to issue warrant against the judgment debtors under section 71 & 72 of Consumer Protection Act 2019.

2^nd Judgment Debtor filed memo stating that FA No.281/2024 was allowed by State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission on 21.06.2024 and matter remitted back for fresh disposal. Hence Execution Application becomes infructuous.

This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on 16^th July 2024.
