Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.30 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the last date of hearing also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Counsel for the opposite parties No.1 & 2 on the last date of hearing also got recorded his statement that Ms.Nidhi has received the mobile handset model A19 bearing IMEI No.911359050022647 in full and final satisfaction from the service centre on 8.4.2015. All this shows that complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
