Sh.Rohit Malhotra,applicant got recorded his statement that he has received a cheque bearing No.396604 dated 4.6.2015 for Rs.10682/- from the respondent in compliance of the order dt.12.12.2014 of this Forum and he has already received cheque of Rs.1000/- on 26.5.2015. He has also handed over the original job sheet, bill, box, charger, headphone to Sh.Iqbal Singh, Engineer of Karbon Service Centre today in the Forum. So, he does not want to proceed further with the present execution application and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
